What is your passion regarding the Kingdom of God, the church, our church, your ministry?
"My passion is Life Groups. My heart is to see the body of Christ grow closer together and care for one another the way we were created to"
What is your life verse and why?
"I would say my life verse is 1 Corinthians 16:13. It is my verse because I was exhorted by the word, knowing that the events in my life took courage to overcome, and with faith and courage I would eventually succeed."
What was your salvation experience?
"I was saved on May 25th, 1996 when I gave my life to Christ to straighten out. It was a time when I needed strength, I did not have any and Christ came in and gave me strength. "
Why did you get into ministry?
"I got into ministry because it was the number one way that I could give people a helping hand up. When God helped me up and put me on a certain path, it became obvious that I was to make a difference in the lives of people, to the extent God would allow. Ministry became that vehicle where I could co-labor with God and be used as a tool by Him, to give a helping hand up to others."
When did you join the NCC staff?
"I have been attending NCC for 13 years and finally answered God's call to build relational groups with the intention of caring for people. I joined the staff at NCC May 1st, 2007."
What is your immediate family?
"My wife Veda, I have four daughters: Lacey - 19, Baille - 18, Riley - 9, and Zoey - 5. I also have one stepson Justin - 29.
Where is your favorite place to pray?
"My favorite place to pray has to be in my living room at 5am."
